by Dr. Chris Bendall. Based on usage statistics, the speaker will look at the key topics and publications for PETRONAS researchers and will highlight the aggregated global trends from other Integrated Oil & Gas users.

How to Publish in Springer books?
By Dr. Christoph Baumann. This session will help researchers in understanding the book publishing process and the steps involved in publishing a good book. A book needs far more and different content than an article and it takes much longer to complete. A book needs many years of research work, experience, and collaboration before it is put together to form a coherent story.

Tips for better Research using Bookmatrix
By Ms Lee Lee Pui. Bookmetrix is a unique platform that Springer Nature developed in partnership with Altmetric. In this session, the speaker will share on how to find the numbers of citations, downloads, book reviews, readers, and the number of online mentions in policy documents, news outlets, Wikipedia entries and social media networks.
