Library INSTEP is known as PERPUSTAKAAN ZAMRUD (ZAMRUD LIBRARY). The Library was officially opened by former INSTEP General Manager, En Mohd Zazali Salim on 24th April 2011. It is located at a strategic area in between academic complex, classrooms, workshops, faculties as well as near access from student’s hostel.

The Library space is about 3500 sqm consists of a-two unit—two storey building. It can accommodate almost 600 users at one time with estimated of 500 seating capacity.

The buildings are connected at the first floor with a mini sky-bridge that is a signature to INSTEP library in its own uniqueness and with a comfy green garden at the ground floor.
